Create bilingual (English-Russian) video content with narration and subtitles. 2. Produce long-form videos (315 mins), including industry insights, project analyses, and educational explainers. 3. Craft short-form videos (15s1 min) for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, focusing on high engagement and viral potential. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver quick-turnaround edits (within 48 hours) for trending topics and breaking news. 5. Support KOL livestreams by creating real-time packaging content, including highlight cuts and event snippets. Requirements: ------------- ### 1\. Language Proficiency 1. Strong English listening and comprehension skills. 2. Able to produce accurate bilingual subtitles. 3. Must provide English video samples or complete an editing test. ### 2\. Editing Skills 1. Proficient in major video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). 2. Capable of full-process video production (editing, sound design, color correction, subtitling). 3. Understands viral logic and short-form content trends. 4. Basic motion graphics ability (e.g. using AE templates). ### 3\. Financial & Crypto Awareness 1. Able to quickly understand materials like candlestick charts and whitepapers. ### 4.Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience creating content for platforms like CoinDesk, Binance, or other crypto media. 2. Familiarity with blockchain industry culture and MEME trends.
